Explosion proof pneumatic ball valves

Introduction

Explosion-proof pneumatic ball valve is composed of rack & pinion pneumatic actuator and floating ball valve, which is suitable for flammable and explosive adjustment and cut-off conditions.

Explosion-proof pneumatic ball valve is equipped with explosion-proof stroke limit switch, explosion-proof solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and 0.4-0.7MPa air source to realize switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve switch.


Features

1. Rack and pinion type pneumatic actuators include double-acting and single-acting (spring return). The cylinder is made of anodized aluminum steel , light in weight and compact in structure;

2. The IS05211 standard connection provides convenience for the installation and replacement of the ball valve;

3. Other electrical control components such as solenoid valves and limit switches of different explosion-proof grades can be assembled according to the different media and occasions of the pipeline;

4. Manual gearbox operating mechanism is used for emergency operation;

5. The pneumatic explosion-proof ball valve itself is equipped with a fire-proof and static-discharge device (a spring is arranged between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body), and there is no contact with sparks, and it has good explosion-proof performance.
