Introduction:

Pneumatic threaded three-way ball valve is tightly closed and compact in structure , which is suitable for pure pipelines such as food, beverage, medicine, chemical industry, industrial environmental protection, water treatment, high-rise buildings, water supply and drainage pipelines, etc.

Working principle

Pneumatic threaded three-way ball valve is divided into L-type and T-type. L-type is suitable for medium flow switching, which can connect two channels perpendicular to each other, and T -type is suitable for medium splitting, confluence or flow direction switching.

It can be equipped with a valve positioner, which inputs control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) to control the operation. It can also be equipped with travel limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve and air supply of 0.4-0.7MPa to realize the switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve.

Structural characteristics and uses:

1.      The surface of the Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuator is anodized and structure, with two positions of +/-5° stroke adjustment ;

2.      In accordance with NAMUR standard air supply interface, it can be directly connected with the solenoid valve with normal service life reaching 1 million times ;

3.      Any port of the three-way ball valve can be used as an inlet without leakage, and can be made into an L -shaped or T -shaped channel according to the working conditions , making installation more convenient

4.      The double-layer stem packing meets the TA-LUFT stem leakage test requirements

5.      After the system is relieved of pressure, it can be inspected and repaired without removing the entire valve body.
