Introduction
The pneumatic V -notch ball valve only needs to be operated with a 90- degree rotation of air and a small torque to close tightly. It has compact structure and is easy to operate and maintain, which is suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids and natural gas, but also suitable for media with severe working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene.
Working Principle
Pneumatic V –notch segment ball valve relies on rotating closure member to make the valve unblocked or blocked. The sealing surface and the spherical surface are often in a closed state, which is not easily eroded by the medium, and is widely used in various industries.
Features:
1. The ball valve consists of a V -shaped valve body, a pneumatic actuator and other accessories. It is a high-level control valve with a right-angle rotation structure;
2. Excellent adjustment characteristics: V -type valve has an approximately equal percentage of inherent flow characteristics and an adjustable ratio of up to 300. Therefore, the V -valve can provide control within a wide range of changes;
3. Large flow volume: Due to its streamlined shape and full right angle rotation control, the large volume value is particularly high, the throughput is particularly large, and the flow resistance is small, so a smaller and more economical and practical valve size can be used;
4. V –notch ball valve adopts double-bearing structure, high mechanical stability and low starting torque, which ensures the valve has good sensitivity and induction speed;
5. Large reliability (safety): The valve body is a whole structure, strong and durable, the operation is not affected by the pipeline pressure, and can avoid the valve body leakage;
6. Superior sealing of metal valve seat: V -type valve adopts movable metal valve seat, has self-service compensation function, and has superior sealing performance and long service life. In the flow direction, the leakage is ≤10-6 × rated flow coefficient;
7. Super shearing ability: V –notch valve adopts metal hard seal structure, V -notch valve core and metal valve seat in the process of rotation, V –notch gap and valve seat produce a strong shear can cut off fibers and other impurities and have Self-cleaning function to avoid valve jamming.
8. Pneumatic V –notch ball valve has compact structure, small and light, easy installation and easy maintenance;
9. Pneumatic actuator adopts piston cylinder and crank arm conversion structure, with large output torque and small volume. The actuator adopts a fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder body adopts imported mirror cylinder, no oil lubrication, small friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings are oil-free with boundary self-lubricating bearings to ensure that the transmission shaft is not worn.
