Introduction:

The pneumatic flanged three-way ball valve is composed of a rotary rack and pinion type pneumatic actuator and a three-way flanged ball valve. It is a rotary valve for both on-off and control services in the pipeline system of water supply, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, textile, energy, paper, food, steel, etc, where the medium is divided or mixed.

Working principle

Pneumatic flanged three-way ball valve can be divided into L-shaped pneumatic flanged three-way ball valve and T-shaped pneumatic flanged three-way ball valve

The L-shaped three-way ball valve is used to switch the flow direction of the medium, and can connect two channels perpendicular to each other;

T-shaped three-way ball valve is used for medium distribution, confluence and flow direction switching. The T-shaped configuration can connect three ports to each other or two of them.

1. Compact structure, quick opening and closing, smooth flow channel , small fluid resistance ;

2. Good sealing performance: the optional use of four-sided valve seat material PTFE elastic deformation to achieve a leak-free seal;

3. One valve for multi-purposes: any port is available as an inlet for the zero leakage performance with L-type port or T-type port;

4. Easy maintenance: after the pressure relief system , inspection and maintenance can be carried out  without removing the entire valve;

5.Rack and pinion rotary pneumatic actuator can realize opening and closing quickly, whose performance can also be perfected with optional accessories
