Introduction

Pneumatic sanitary ball valves are made of SUS304/304L or SUS316/316L with the inner and outer surfaces polished and sterilized, and have undergone precise inspection procedures and strict quality management, which can meet the requirements of wine, food, biopharmaceutical and other industries.

Working principle:

Pneumatic sanitary ball valve drives the stem of the ball valve through the 90-degree rotation of the pneumatic actuator, which only needs a small torque to close the valve tightly, so as to achieve rapid cut-off.

Pneumatic sanitary ball valve is usually connected to the pipeline by a clamp and quick coupling installation, which is more convenient for disassembly, maintenance or cleaning.

Features

1. The port size of the pneumatic saniatry ball valve is the same as that of the pipeline, and the surface is smooth without dead ends, and no sinking occurs;

2.  The inner surface of the flow channel is polished with high precision, and has been sterilized to fully meet the sanitary standard;
3.  Pneumatic sanitary ball valve adopts all-inclusive fluorine-lined (PTFE) sealing form, which has no other dead ends and is easy to clean;
4.  Pneumatic quick-loading ball valves are all made of stainless steel, and the inner wall of the flow channel is electronically polished to 0.5um to keep the fluid unobstructed.
