Introduction

Stainless steel Wafer ball valve with pneumatic actuator is composed of double piston rack and pinion actuator and short pattern ball valve. With V-notch or O type ball port, it is widely for used for automatic regulation or cut-off control of oil, water, gas and pulp or fibrous fluids in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power station, light industry and other fields.

Features

1. Two types of rack & pinion actuators are available: double acting and spring return type. When the valve is required to be fully opened or closed under failure, it is equipped with a spring type (reset by the restoring tension of the spring).

2. The valve body adopts an integral structure, so the valve achieves an ultra-short face to face length, and the weight of the whole machine is greatly reduced, which is only about 50% of the same kind of ordinary ball valve

3. Through precise processing and assembly, after the ball core is installed from one end, the pressure ring is tightened to keep the two soft sealing valve seats in good contact and sealing with the ball core.

4. The inner gasket of the pressure ring achieves a good seal, so that the leakage of the valve is zero.
