Introduction

The pneumatic PTFE lined butterfly valve is composed of a Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuator and a PTFE-lined butterfly valve. It has a split body and adopts a PTFE-lined butterfly disc with a spherical sealing surface to ensuring zero leakage while the valve body liner can effectively free the valve shaft from corrosive medium in the valve cavity.

According to the requirements of working conditions, pneumatic actuators with various accessories are used to achieve quick opening and closing of pipeline media or proportional flow adjustment. It is widely used in the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various types of industrial pipelines. Including the use of severely corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine gas, strong alkali, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media.
