Introduction
The valve body of the pneumatic flanged butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric structure, which has excellent sealing performance and durability with dual functions of cutting off and adjustment. It is widely used in thermal power, steel metallurgy, chemical, petroleum and other fields.
Pneumatic flanged butterfly valve can realize the opening and closing of the switch flexibly and quickly through the work of the pneumatic actuator, which can effectively ensure the safety of the pipeline. It is a control valve that is widely used in industrial pipelines.
Working principle
Pneumatic flanged butterfly valve transmits dry and stable compressed gas to the cylinder of the pneumatic actuator through a pressure reducing valve and a solenoid valve. When the compressed air in the cylinder is introduced into the air chamber of the pneumatic actuator, the air pressure acts on the piston, and the generated thrust drives the output shaft to rotate, and at the same time drives the valve stem and the butterfly plate to rotate, completing an opening and closing action of the butterfly valve.
A positioner can be installed to the pneumatic butterfly valve, which can adjust the opening accurately. An intelligent positioner can also be used to connect with the field bus to detect the working state of the pneumatic butterfly valve.
Features
1. The triple eccentric structure requires that the disc sealing surface is designed to be a slanted truncated conical surface relative to the disc axis, so that the disc sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface have a certain contact angle. It is a slender wedge, and the sealing line at the longitudinal direction of the disc is a quasi-elliptical curve, both of which play a compensating role for sealing.
2. When the disc sealing surface is closed, the force is uniform and the pressure bearing capacity is high; during the opening process of the disc, all points of the sealing surface are simultaneously separated from the sealing surface of the valve seat, and there is no jamming phenomenon and basically no friction. The opening torque is very small.
3. Various sealing structures are available to ensure service life and reliability. Butterfly valve sealing ring has integral soft seal (PTFE, C-TFE, G-TFE), hardened metal sheet, integral + cemented carbide, suitable for various working conditions.
4. It can realize two-way sealing function, which can be adjusted and cut off.
5. The actuator adopts the fork type, which has low friction, high work efficiency, large thrust and good safety.
6. The design of the dexterous and combined type (manual mechanism) of the actuator can ensure random installation and flexible control in all directions.
7. Reliable and integrated travel indication and combined installation of limit switches and solenoid valves, no external pipelines, and reduced leakage points.
