Introduction
Pneumatic globe valve is an important actuation device in industrial automation control system, which can be controlled remotely and can meet the needs of computer program control in all sectors, including petrochemical industry, gas equipment, nuclear industry, power equipment, environmental protection water treatment, HVAC, Iron and steel metallurgy, brewing equipment, drying equipment, vacuum equipment, surface treatment, biopharmaceuticals, food machinery, textile printing, papermaking and other industries.

Working principle
The pneumatic globe valve use compressed air as the power source for remote control. The main control room manually or automatically triggers the action command to activate the intake and exhaust solenoid valves to supply and discharge compressed air into the actuator. Compressed air acting on the piston to overcome the spring force and friction on the operation of the valve stem, such that pressure (p in loss of gas valve open) or lifted (off valves for gas loss) stem to drive the valve body move up and down, Open or close the valve.
When the valve loses air and there is no compressed air in the drive head, the valve will be in a fully open or fully closed safe position as required by the system. Compressed air for power plant instrumentation, the supply pressure is generally 4 ~ 9bar , before entering the valve, the compressed air is first filtered and purified through the filter, and then decompressed through the pressure reducing valve, the inlet pressure gauge reading does not exceed 4bar . Pressure adjustment can be achieved by adjusting the adjustment screw installed on the top of the pressure reducing valve. Before adjusting, loosen the protective cover.
