Introduction

Pneumatic angle seat valve is composed of pneumatic actuator and angle seat valve. In the non-working state, the valve is normally closed (open) due to the spring force. When the actuator piston is acted on by compressed gas, the valve opens (closes).

Pneumatic angle seat valve has excellent quality and short delivery, which is widely applied to beer and beverage filling equipment , pharmaceutical and medical equipment , textile printing and dyeing , chemical industry , gas industry , high-temperature sterilization , foam machine , the water / wastewater treatment, etc.

Working principle :

1.Double-acting pneumatic angle seat valve:

When air is supplied to one end, the actuator stem drives piston to move and angle seat valve is open; and when air is supplied to the other end, the stem drives piston to move again, the angle seat valve is closed.

2.Single-acting pneumatic angle seat valve:

（1）The angle seat valve is normally open: when the air source enters the actuator, the tension spring drives the stem downward, and the valve is closed;

（2） The angle seat valve is normally closed: when the air source enters the actuator, the compression spring moves the stem upward, and the valve is opened.
