Introduction
Pneumatic diaphragm top guided control valve adopts a top guide structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It is widely used to accurately control the process parameters of gas, liquid and other media to keep the pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level at a given value.
Features
1. The balanced valve core structure is adopted, the axial unbalanced force is small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the stability is good.
2. The sleeve has strong interchangeability, convenient disassembly and assembly, and easy maintenance.
3. The all-metal valve core structure is suitable for a variety of working occasions, reaching the IV level leakage standard, and the soft sealing structure valve core meets the VI level leakage standard.
4. The equal-section low-flow resistance flow channel has a large adjustable range, the inherent adjustable ratio is 50, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.
5. The actuator adopts multi-spring structure, and the height is reduced by 30%. 30% lighter.
6. The bellows valve stem seal can be selected, which forms a complete seal for the moving valve stem and prevents fluid leakage.
