Introduction
The upper bonnet of the pneumatic bellow seal control valve with PTFE lining adopts a bellows corrugated sealing structure, which can completely eliminate the possibility of the process medium leaking out from the movement gap of the valve stem.
Due to the deformability and outstanding aging resistance of the bellows element itself, it completely overcomes the weaknesses of packing aging and temperature difference sensitivity that usually exist in the packing seal valve. widely used.
Features
1. Resistance to the corrosion of the maximum range of media (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia);
2. Double sealing with bellows and packing to ensure no external leakage;
3. The valve core and valve seat adopt soft sealing, so the leakage is low;
4. Equipped with HA actuator, the output force is large and the structure is compact;
5. The valve core has a large guide area and good vibration resistance.
How diaphragm type pneumatic actuator works
The actuator is an important part of the automatic control system in the production process of the pneumatic control valve. It has two forms of action, AIR TO OPEN and AIR TO CLOSE.
AIR TO OPEN:
When the signal pressure increases, the push rod goes inside of the membrane chamber. In case that there is emergency of air or electric failure, it will automatically close the valve and keep the normally closed position ( Figure 2a).
AIR TO CLOSE:
When the signal pressure increases, the push rod go inside of the membrane chamber. In case that there is an emergency of air or electric failure, the valves will stay in normally open position ( Figure 2b).
