1. Pneumatic actuator
AT series pneumatic actuator is adopted, and its structure includes double-acting type and single-acting type (spring return), and adopts rack and pinion structure, which has safer and more reliable performance;
2. Shell structure:
The valve body of the ball valve is designed in three forms: casting structure, forging structure and all-welded structure according to different needs and actual working conditions. Among them, the ball valve with all-welded structure is mainly suitable for buried use.
3. Unique seat sealing structure
The floating ball valve adopts the lip-shaped elastic sealing ring structure design, and its structure can ensure the reliability and service life of the sealing. The unique valve seat sealing structure can ensure the reliable sealing of the ball valve for long-term use. The seat material of the medium and high temperature ball valve can be made of para-polyphenylene or metal.
4. Blocking and excretion
When the valve is closed, the valve seat on the upstream and downstream sides is blocked by liquid, and the accumulation in the cavity of the valve body can be excreted through the excretion device.
5. Automatic pressure relief structure
When the pressure in the middle cavity rises abnormally, the medium in the middle cavity can automatically release the pressure by pushing the valve seat by its own reasoning, so as to ensure the safety of the valve body.
6. Reliable sealing of the valve stem
The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. The sealing force of the inverted seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable sealing of the valve stem. When pressed, the valve stem will not spray out.
7. Fireproof structure
According to the working conditions and the needs of users, the ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure. The fire-resistant design of the ball valve complies with the provisions of API 6D and JB/T6899 standards. Once a fire occurs and the soft sealing ring is burned, the fire-resistant structure of the ball valve can prevent a large amount of leakage of the medium and prevent the further expansion of the fire.
8. Anti-static structure:
When the valve is operated, due to the friction between the ball and the valve seat, electrostatic charges will be generated and accumulated on the ball. The charge on the sphere is derived.
9. Full-bore structure and reduced-bore structure:
In order to meet the different needs of different customers,pneumatic ball valves have two series of full-bore and reduced-bore. The inner diameter of the channel of the full-bore ball valve is the same as the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is convenient for management and cleaning. The weight of the reduced-diameter series ball valve is relatively light, but the fluid resistance is only about 1/7 of the same diameter globe valve, so the application prospect of the reduced-diameter series ball valve is relatively high
