Pneumatic angle seat valve drives the opening and closing parts (valve disc) to lift and lower through the valve stem, and the clutch of the valve disc and the valve body controls the opening and closing of the angle seat valve. The opening and closing mechanism is composed of valve disc (also called valve disc, valve core), valve stem and driving device (handwheel). The valve stem is screwed on the valve stem nut with trapezoidal thread, and the valve stem can be raised or lowered by turning the handwheel, and the valve disc can be closed or opened by driving the valve disc close to or away from the valve body.


1. Reliable sealing design


The pneumatic angle seat valve adopts double seals at the connection parts between the valve body and the bonnet, which are prone to external leakage, and the sealing part of the valve stem that moves up and down, which effectively avoids the danger and property damage caused by external leakage of the valve in actual use.

2. Large flow design


In the process of R&D and design, the valve body of the pneumatic angle seat valve is simulated and analyzed with the help of the advanced CFD software Flow Simulation, so that the flowability (CV value) of the angle seat valve is better than that of similar products.

3. Sealing material with unique composition


Compared with ordinary PTFE, our proprietary modified PTFE material is greatly improved in terms of high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, hardness and fatigue resistance, and can be used in steam conditions of 150 °C for a long time.
