Pneumatic trunnion mounted ball valves are suitable for various corrosive and non-corrosive media in long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines.

1. When working, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the sphere is all transmitted to the bearing, and the sphere will not move to the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure;

2. The spring pre-seat assembly has self-tightening properties to achieve upstream sealing;

3. Each valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so the installation has no flow direction restriction;

4. There are two-piece and three-piece body structures for the fixed ball valve, and the middle flange is connected with bolts;

5. The seal is made of reinforced PTFE and embedded in the stainless steel ring. There is a spring at the back of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the ball and keeps the seal;

6. The upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings, which reduce friction and save labor. There is no adjustment plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position of the ball and the sealing ring.

7. The full-bore structure is adopted to make the valve flow orifice consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, so that the pipeline can be cleaned.
