Overview

The pneumatic knife gate valve is an automatic control instrument, which is composed of a variety of pneumatic components and valve bodies. It is mostly used in occasions requiring quick cutting or opening.

Double acting: two-position control for valve opening and closing;

Single-acting: (spring return): The valve opens or closes automatically when the electrical and gas circuits are cut off or faulty.

Function: Mainly used to empty and discharge the medium in the pipeline.

Applicable media: dust, sewage pulp, sewage, coal slurry, ash, slag-water mixture, etc.

Application: Mainly used for coal preparation, gangue discharge and slag discharge in mining power plants, and can also be used for sewage treatment.

Features:

1. The wafer structure is adopted, which is small in size and light in weight; the completely open channel can prevent the medium from depositing in the valve.

2. In the process of opening and closing, the gate and sealing surface adopt a special design, which has less friction and is durable.

3. The upper seal adopts the upper cover structure, so that the upper seal is changed from a large-area rectangular seal to a small-area circumferential seal, and the sealing performance is greatly improved.

4. After installing the cover device on the top of the handwheel, all the movable parts of the valve can be in a closed state, and the screw drive of the gate plate and the valve stem will not be stuck due to dry lubricating oil.

5. The gate has the function of a knife, which can effectively cut off all kinds of sundries in the medium.
