Structure of rack & pinion pneumatic actuator
1. Indicator
NAMUR standard indicators facilitate the installation of accessories such as position switches, positioners, etc.
2. Output shaft
Nickel-plated alloy steel, high-precision one-piece output shaft complies with NAMUR, ISO5211, DIN3337 standards. Size and stainless steel material can be customized according to customer requirements.
3. Cylinder block
ASTM6005 die-casting aluminum alloy cylinder body can be hard anodized, epoxy resin sprayed (painted blue, orange, yellow, etc. as required), PTFE coating or nickel plating to meet different requirements.
4. End cap
The die-casting aluminum alloy surface is sprayed with gold powder in various colors, PTFE coated or nickel-plated.
5. Piston
Double piston rack, using cast aluminum hard anodized or cast steel galvanized treatment, symmetrical installation position, fast operation, long service life, simple inversion of the piston can change the direction of rotation.
6. Stroke adjustment
Two independent travel adjustment screws allow convenient and precise +-5° adjustment of the open and closed positions.
7. High performance spring
Made of high-quality materials, coating treatment, pre-pressed assembly. Has strong corrosion resistance and service life. The single-acting actuator can be disassembled safely and simply, and different torque output ranges can be satisfied by changing the number of springs.
8. Bearing, guide plate
It adopts low-friction, long-life and conformable materials, which avoids direct metal-to-metal contact, and is simple and convenient for maintenance and replacement.
9. Seal
Use nitrile rubber under normal temperature working conditions, and use fluorine rubber or silicone rubber at high temperature or low temperature.
